RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko joined the club from sister club RB Salzburg in the summer of 2023. He has scored 10 goals in 27 appearances for Leipzig so far, as the team continues to chase qualification for the UEFA Champions League.
Before joining RB Leipzig, the Slovenian international had attracted the attention of many clubs due to his scoring prowess, particularly in the Austrian Bundesliga. He played in 55 games for Salzburg and scored 21 goals.

Sesco also likes watching the NBA for one specific reason.

Zlatan's favorite goal was a bicycle kick for Sweden against England.
Signed for $25 million from RB Salzburg, Sesco's confidence and scoring ability came to fruition at just the right time for him and his club.
Sesco is looking forward to RB Leipzig's tour of the United States. The German club will face Aston Villa at the Red Bull Arena in late July.
“I think it's a good opportunity,” Sesko said. “It's a good experience, yes, I'm looking forward to it.”
