Las Vegas, NV (May 9, 2024) – The International Women’s Boxing Hall of Fame “Night of the Stars II” celebrates its 12th year of induction, honoring top elite athletes and those outside of boxing. We will pick you up and return you to Las Vegas, Nevada.Please ring it (Friday/Saturday) April 4th to 5th, 2025a two-day event at the Orleans Hotel & Casino! We are excited to make a big announcement today!
As many of you may know, IWBHF has always sought to work in collaboration with other organizations. In 2014 and 2015, we attended the Women's USA Boxing Amateur Tournament with Bonnie Canino in Fort Martin. Lauderdale, Florida. We also held an event in Brisbane, California in conjunction with Beautiful Brawlers in 2019. We are proud to announce that this event will be held in conjunction with the WBC Women's Tournament, which will be held consecutively on April 4th. -5, 2025 Hall of Fame Event!
WBC said: “The World Boxing Council joins WBAN in this unprecedented celebration of women's boxing by hosting the WBC Women's Championship in Orléans on April 2 and 3, 2025. , get ready for mayhem!” Together we are stronger! “
The WBC Women's Tournament will be held at the Orleans Hotel & Casino on April 2 and 3, 2025, as the WBC states, “Let's set the dates.” And then our event will follow on April 4th and 5th, 2025 – it's going to be fun – lots of Night of the Stars legends and more!

A “Night of the Stars II” pre-celebration will be held on the first day of the event, Friday, April 4, 2023. From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Salon Ballroom, the day will include a special award honoring and celebration, photo and video shoots, and a meet-and-greet.
A special awards segment on April 4, 2024 will recognize the “WOMEN COPS WHO BOX” of first responders, which includes seven female boxers who currently or previously worked in law enforcement. The special award winners are as follows: melissa cooper,
alex love, tracy bird, Stephanie Hung, Terry Moss, Anne Marie Carrizalesand Kathy Williams. These female boxers not only excelled in their police careers, but also showed immense talent and determination in the boxing ring.
The two-day celebration will also recognize four unique trailblazers, including: margaret mcgregor; Patricia Trejo;
Brentnor Bovell, Patricia Orr; and Leaping Lena! Each of these has its own history in the sport. More details will be provided soon.
In Saturday's finale,Saturday, April 5, 2025 of The IWBHF induction/dinner event will be held in the Mardi Gras Ballroom to honor and celebrate IWBHF inductees and select special award recipients.
