ESPN+, 4 a.m. ET, Naoya Inoue vs. Luis Neri
BLH has live updates. This is a stacked card. If you have time, I highly recommend watching the entire show, not just the main event. In addition to the great Inoue facing a top challenger at 122 in the main event, three more world title fights are scheduled: Takuma Inoue (WBA 118) vs. Sho Ishida and Jason Moloney (WBO 118) vs. Yoshiki Takei. , and Seigo Aku (WBA 112) vs. Taku Kuwabara, both solid matchups. Make sure you have a good schedule! Call in sick! Alright, let's go!
Saturday, May 11th
DAZN, 1:30 p.m. ET, X Series 014: Salt Papi vs. Amadeus Ferrari
“Salt Papi is actually quite tasty!'' Although the craze has passed, he still makes headlines here because he is still a notable name on the Misfits “boxing'' circuit.
Peacock, 2:30 p.m. ET, Jessica McCaskill vs. Lauren Price
BLH has live updates. MacAskill will defend his WBA welterweight title against Price, an Olympic gold medalist and emerging top contender who has finished “preparing” to step up and intends to do so in Cardiff. Macaskill has very little normal “boxing skill”, but being a cunning, annoying and doubly tough fighter is actually boxing skill itself, and that's all she does. To be honest, this is a pretty light undercard, but there will be some post-up and main event coverage.
TNT Sports (UK), 3pm ET, Denzel Bentley vs Danny Dignam
If you're in the UK, check the time yourself on a cable show or something. Because to me, an arrogant American, it's just Bentley vs Dignam and it's up to you to check the start time. Probably around 8 locally. Seems correct. anything.
DAZN, 8pm ET, Eduardo “Rocky” Hernandez vs. Daniel Lugo
Hernandez is a lot of fun to watch and this fight could be a big deal, but you know what, because there's going to be a big fight going head-to-head with the back end of this show. No coverage.
ESPN+ and ESPN, 10 p.m. ET, Vasily Lomachenko vs. George Kambosos Jr.
BLH has live updates. Lomachenko and Kambosos will fight for the vacant IBF lightweight title, which Devin Haney will give up as part of a package when he goes to 140, allowing someone else to take on “undisputed” false glory if they wish. Shattered to chase. Loma would be the favorite here, but Kambosos is based in Perth and Loma is 36 years old. Andrew Moloney will also face Pedro Guevara for the interim WBC super flyweight title. The card also features a WBA bantamweight title fight between Nina Hughes and Cherneka Johnson, but it is unclear whether it will be aired on ESPN. To be honest, it seems unlikely.
