Arizona football is entering a season full of change. Not only will the Wildcats be playing their first season in the Big 12, but they will also be doing so with two new assistant coaches. Philip Congleton and Nathaniel Gonzalez Monday afternoon. The two will replace their former assistants. Lorraine Quinn and Brian Perryman.
Gonzalez brings a wealth of experience to the Wildcats. A letterman and national champion with the UCLA men's team, Gonzalez will enter his 12th season as UC Riverside's head coach in 2024. He coaches the Puerto Rico national team, which features former Arizona stars. Jill AguileraHe also served as an assistant coach for the United States U-18 and U-20 national teams.
Gonzalez comes to Arizona with 30 years of coaching experience. He began his coaching career in 1994 as the goalkeeper coach for the UCLA women's team, at a time when he was still playing professionally in the Continental Indoor Soccer League (CISL). Since then, he has coached both men's and women's teams at a variety of venues, including California Polytechnic State University Pomona, University of Washington, San Diego State University and the University of Southern California. He was at UCLA twice and UC Riverside three times.
Gonzalez is a two-time Big West Coach of the Year and has coached 30 All-Big West award winners, including seven named to the Big West First Team, during her time with the University of California, Riverside women's team.

Arizona Women's Golf Head Coach Giovana Maimon They hired their first coach on Monday. Brady Campbell as an assistant coach for the program.
Campbell spent the past two years as an assistant coach at Colorado State University, where he helped the school reach the NCAA Las Vegas Regional in May, the school's first postseason appearance since 2010.
Campbell, the women's and men's golf head coach at NAIA Lewis-Clark State College, was named the 2021-22 Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) Coach of the Year.
The Washington state native played collegiate golf at Division III Concordia University.
