College football fans were given a preview of what the EA Sports College Football 25 video game would be like after a teaser of the cover of the deluxe edition was released, but EA Sports recently revealed more about the upcoming game. That's not all I heard.
Electronic Arts has added a live countdown timer to its official website, promising more news about College Football 25 in the coming days.
This timer is scheduled to end on Thursday, May 16th at 11 a.m. ET. EA Sports has already confirmed that College Football 25 will launch at some point this summer, so that countdown could point to the game's full trailer release scheduled for release in July .
This cover teaser shows that EA Sports will feature a number of prominent college football stars. Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers, Michigan tailback Donovan Edwards and Colorado star Travis Hunter were most prominently featured. Ohio State's Quinshon Judkins, Georgia quarterback Carson Beck and Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe also appear.

EA Sports last published a popular college football video game more than a decade ago in 2013, after which the company announced it would no longer sell the game.
The decision followed a court ruling that forced EA Sports to pay compensation to athletes who were previously included in the product but not paid.
Then, after new NIL rules were created two years ago, EA went public with an announcement that the game would be back at some point in the future. That day is getting closer every day.
