The NBA hasn't seen this level of performance in a long time.
For the sixth consecutive season, a different team would hoist the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy, a feat that had only occurred once before, between the 1974-75 and 1979-1980 seasons.
The NBA will have another championship for the sixth straight season.
2023-24: To be determined…
2022-23: Denver
2021-22: Golden State
2020-21: Milwaukee
2019-20: Los Angeles Lakers

The Warriors helped the league get this far by defeating the Boston Celtics in six games in the 2022 NBA Finals.
Ironically, Golden State is also a major reason it's taken the league so long to regain this level of fairness: LeBron James has also won with multiple teams, even when the Warriors haven't.
Of course, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green virtually dominated the NBA for a decade under coach Steve Kerr.
From the 2014-15 season to the 2021-22 season, the Warriors won four NBA championships and advanced to the Western Conference Finals for six consecutive years. From the 2014-15 season to the 2019-2020 season, Golden State advanced to the NBA Finals for five consecutive seasons, but the Warriors missed the playoffs and finished 15-50 without Thompson (knee).
The Warriors are still reeling from a 118-94 loss in the season-ending NBA Play-In Tournament against the Sacramento Kings on April 16 at Golden 1 Center.
But as always, whether or not Golden State is able to get back to the top of the mountain, what the Warriors were able to accomplish with a star-studded roster in the Bay Area will never be forgotten.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and the league seem excited that different stars will appear on the game's biggest stage each year and that different teams will hang banners at the beginning of each season.
But fans will likely never see anything close to the Warriors in their prime again.
