Warrior 3, a martial arts, yoga and fitness studio, is currently undergoing a soft opening at 9737 Traville Gateway Dr. in Rockville. The new fitness studio takes over the space formerly occupied by Kicks Karate.
Warrior 3 will have its official grand opening on July 22. Once fully open, the studio will host martial arts classes, yoga classes, fitness classes and more for all ages.
Cardio Bounce: “Cardio Bounce” is a high energy class focused on improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance using a rebounding trampoline. Rebounding is proven to be an effective aerobic exercise that leads to increased heart rate and improved circulation. The constant jumping and bouncing strengthens the heart and lungs, improving overall cardiovascular fitness.
Bounce and build: “Bounce & Build” classes combine the benefits of rebounding with resistance weight intervals. Rebounding on a trampoline activates multiple muscle groups, providing a total body workout that helps tone and sculpt your body. Incorporating resistance weights into your routine enhances the muscle-building effects of your workout, helping to increase muscle mass and definition.
Chic Chicks: Dance your way to a healthier, happier you with our dance fitness classes. We'll teach you how to move your body to the rhythm while getting a full-body workout. All levels are welcome.
Fit Defense: Self-Defense for Active Adults. This class is designed for active adults who want to learn basic self-defense techniques while getting some safe exercise. Gain confidence, balance and focus while having fun with your peers.
strength training: Join us for a Warrior 3 strength training class designed to build muscle, increase power and improve endurance. This dynamic class incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment that target all major muscle groups. Led by an experienced instructor, you'll work through weightlifting, strength training and functional movement. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, our supportive environment and individualized coaching will help you reach your fitness goals.
