Raymond Muratala beats Xolisani Ndongeni in nasty catchweight bout
It's about time Raymond Muratara Although considered a top contender in the lightweight division, Friday's fight may not rank among the highlights of his career.

Muratala began by measuring Ndongeni, who has the nickname “Nomeba the Wasp,” which may reflect his awkward style. Muratala made the ring smaller and put pressure on Ndongeni with skillful pressure. Ndongeni threw often (and probably landed more than expected), but his lack of power meant he was unable to change Muratala's attitude or slow his forward progress.
Muratala caught Ndongeni with a left hook to the body and slowed him down. Muratala hurt Ndongeni again in the eighth inning and stunned him in the tenth, but Ndongeni remained upright throughout.
Ndongeni entered the fight with two straight losses (and was stopped in his last bout at junior welterweight) arnold barboza jr.), but he still proved to be a favorite to win.

The fight was called at 48 seconds into the seventh round as Sanchez was unable to stand up.

Torres, in a southpaw stance, threw a straight left that rocked Hainsworth and sent him into the ropes near the end of the round.After a few punches, the referee raul cais jr., had seen enough and stopped the fight. The stop time was 2:19.
Torres, the 2020 Olympic U.S. super heavyweight silver medalist, started his career with nine consecutive knockouts.
Sergio Rodriguez makes better gift decisions than Sunny Duversonne
