USA – Guinea Preview, USA – Guinea Pick
The United States and Guinea will face off in men's soccer on Tuesday in the final group stage match of the 2024 Summer Olympics.
The U.S. has three points after their win over New Zealand and a draw may be enough to advance to the knockout stages of the tournament.
Meanwhile, Guinea has already suffered two straight losses and is in doubt as to whether they will advance to the final tournament, and they are expected to be a hindrance to the team's advancement.
This would be a big accomplishment for the United States to qualify from Group A. I like the single game parlay odds for the team to qualify.

After a 3-0 loss to France in the opening game, many had written off the U.S., but they fought back with a commanding 4-1 win over New Zealand.
The statistics also backed up how well the U.S. played in the win: They took 22 shots in the first 30 minutes and scored three goals.
The comeback was just what the U.S. needed to regain the point differential they needed, leading New Zealand by two points heading into the final game and holding the tiebreaker.
New Zealand will face France in the final round, so I think the US would be okay with a draw, but I don't think they'll feel comfortable enough to go for it.
This will be Guinea's second time competing in Olympic men's football, having last appeared at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City.
Guinea also exited the tournament in the group stage, but the African nation managed to secure one win before returning home.
The star of the squad is former Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita, who will be joined in midfield by two other Guinean veterans, Amadou Diawara (Anderlecht) and Abdoulaye Toure (Le Havre).
If we want our country to do well in the tournament, all our players need to play well.
I expect the Americans to avoid defeat in this matchup, but I don't want to back them as overwhelming favorites on the moneyline.
So my favorite bet is a Same-Game Parlay combining a Double Chance for the USA with a total of 2 or more goals at odds of -120 on Bet365.
The main reason for this bet is that I don't trust Guinea's defense. Sure, France only managed to score one goal, but they had three great chances to score.
This came after Guinea conceded two goals and four big chances against New Zealand, a team that was dominated by the United States.
Meanwhile, both of the USA's matches have exceeded this total, so I expect this to be another wide open match, with the USA pushing to advance, while Guinea may just be looking to score since they've already lost their chance of progressing.
The United States has only made the final tournament of a Summer Olympics once since 1960, but I believe they have a chance to buck that trend with a result here.
choose: USA Double Chance & Over 2 (-120)
