Cedar Falls, Iowa — The UNI football team will host the 2024 Pro Day to give professional scouts a chance to see the athleticism of the Panthers, who will be eligible for next month's NFL Draft.
Fans and media are invited to the event inside the UNI Dome and Wellness and Recreation Center, scheduled to begin on Monday, March 18th at 2:00 PM CT.
Eight Panther players are expected to participate in standard NFL combine drills. Governor Wu, christian boyd, Cordarius Bailey, Sam Schnee, Matthew Cook, Theo's day, Devin Rice and Kayden Houghteling.
Players will perform standard drills such as the 40-yard dash, cone drills, jumps and bench presses, as well as other position training. Bench press and vertical jump training will take place in the weight room of UNI's Wellness and Recreation Center. Representatives from multiple NFL teams are expected to attend.
The 2024 NFL Draft is scheduled to be held April 25-27 in Detroit, Michigan.
