UFC CEO Dana White has come under fire among soccer fans for his bold claim that his Power Slap League has more social media followers than any other sports team, including soccer teams like Real Madrid.

During a June 5 appearance on Flagrant, White estimated that Power Slap has a larger fan base than any other sports league. “This is absolutely overwhelming,” White exclaimed. “We have more fans than any professional sport.”
Host Andrew Schultz questioned White's comments, using the example of Real Madrid, to which White replied: “I don't know about the football team, but I think [Power Slap has more followers]”And that's the case with any sports team that has more fans than we do.”
Viewers were quick to comment and scrutinize White's claims. On Instagram alone, Real Madrid has 162 million followers, while Power Slap has 3.9 million followers, a far cry from White's information. When his comments became a hot topic on X, White said: Quick fix He admitted his mistake, claiming he meant views rather than followers.
