The United States Basketball Association has announced the roster for the women's national team for the 2024 Paris Olympics, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania.
The U.S. women's team will head to France with a goal in mind after winning eight consecutive Olympic gold medals.
The team features WNBA stars and gold medalists such as A'ja Wilson and Breanna Stewart, as well as familiar faces like legends Diana Taurasi, Brittney Griner and Jewel Loyd.
All eyes were on USA Basketball's difficult decision to include WNBA star rookie Caitlin Clark on the national team, but the 22-year-old Clark was not selected.

Team USA Women's Basketball 2024 Olympic Schedule
The U.S. Women's National Team was drawn in Group C with Germany, Japan and Belgium.
The group stage will begin on Monday 29 July and run until Sunday 4 August. If successful, the single-elimination knockout stage will begin on Wednesday 7 August, with the gold medal game scheduled for Sunday 11 August.
