When karate champion Michael Rivers (Mattheis Landwehr) wins the final tournament of his career, shady businessman Ron Hall (Matthias Hughes) sets up an illegal and dangerous group with some of the world's best martial artists in Bulgaria. Offer him a chance to fight with his hands. Michael declines, but later learns that her daughter Bree has been kidnapped and her only option is to fight in a dangerous tournament to rescue her. When he finally arrives in Bulgaria, he learns that he is not the only fighter who has lost his loved ones. In order to defeat Drakko, who is now an undefeated kumite champion, Michael trains with his master Lauren (Billy Blanks) and Drakko's former sensei Julie Jackson (Cynthia Rothrock). But will winning the tournament and saving his daughter's life be enough?
