Applications for the 2024 McKnight's Excellence in Tech Awards must be submitted by midnight Tuesday (July 9). Providers and vendors of all sizes are eligible to apply, and some are past winners.
Now in its 14th year, the annual exhibition is an opportunity for those involved in skilled nursing, senior living and home care to be recognized for their outstanding efforts. Describing the technology involved in the program, system or operation being performed is the essence of the simple entry form.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards will be awarded in 16 categories by a national, independent panel of judges.
“There's nothing better than being recognized for a job well done and bringing attention to it so others across the country can learn how to do things better, too.” McKnight Editor-in-Chief John O'Connor. “There are no drawbacks to participating, only advantages.”
This year there are categories open to virtually any type of operator, including provider-designed programs that compete on their own merits, as well as a category for clever innovations from companies that may not be fully in the market yet.

The finalists will be announced on August 14th, with the winner being presented virtually. McKnight The Tech Awards + Summit will take place on October 3. The event will be accompanied by a virtual summit offering educational webinars to help providers further the success of their operations. Details of the full agenda will be announced in due course.
There will also be an opportunity to celebrate the winners in person. In addition, Technology Award winners will be featured both online and in print media. McKnight Long Term Care News, McKnight Senior Living and McKnight Home Care And all social media platforms and traditional media platforms.
