Being only 23 years old, I'm in no way qualified to speak to whether the '90s were better than today, since I wasn't alive during that time, but I can say for certain that almost all pre-'90s jerseys were better than the modern jerseys we see in sports, especially in the NBA.
The Utah Jazz channel a '90s aesthetic in their new uniforms, which they unveiled on Wednesday, a major upgrade from the Jazz's most recent uniforms, which we'll get to in a moment.
These new Jazz uniforms are beautiful. Check out Utah's uniform rebranding here:

If it feels like the Jazz are constantly releasing new uniforms, you're not wrong.
The Utah Jazz rebranded a few years ago, but the jerseys were, quite frankly, awful.
These new jerseys are just awesome. With the purple back and creative looking font, the Jazz have gone from one of the most bland and unoriginal jerseys in the game to a much more vibrant and fun look. Plus, the mountain ranges on the back are a great, incredible touch. The purple jersey with the white name and the white jersey with the purple mountain range are the two best jerseys here.
Kudos to the Jazz for realizing that their modernist take on the jersey was lame and going back to cool. More teams should be like the Jazz.
