LOWELL – The Lowell, Massachusetts hockey program has acquired a commitment from a forward from Fort Worth, Texas.
Jacob McDonald is having a strong season with the Lone Star Brahmas of the North American Hockey League. The 6-2, 189-pound skater had two goals and two assists in four playoff games. During his regular season, McDonald appeared in 44 games.
His 22 points were tied for the team lead, and his 41 points were fourth on the team. His two short-shot goals gave the Brahmas the lead.
McDonald also played in the Lone Star season in 2022-23. His performance in the regular season this winter saw him score 25 points, 17 more than his previous season.
