The Texas Tech track and field team competed on the final day of the Texas Relays at the University of Texas at Austin on Saturday, picking up back-to-back wins.
Tech won the women's 4×100 final with a time of 43.45 seconds, seventh in program history, according to Tech Athletics. The winning 4×100 girls team included seniors Rosemary Chukwuma and Serena Clark and juniors Alyssa Colbert and Success Umukoro.
Colbert also placed first in the women's 100m final, running a personal best time of 11.13 seconds, the second-best time in Tech history, according to Tech Athletics.
Sophomore Antoine Andrews took first place in the 110-meter hurdles final with a time of 13.37 seconds.
The Red Raiders earned three of the top five spots in the girls' triple jump Section A finals, with national indoor champion senior Ruta Rathman taking first place with a jump of 13.88 meters. Graduate student Anne Susannah Foster-Catta took second place with a jump of 13.58 meters, and freshman Grace Oshiokpu took fifth place with a jump of 12.94 meters.
In the boys triple jump, senior Stacey Brown Jr. placed third with 16.45 meters.
In the women's high jump, freshman Temitope Adesina won the women's high jump with a personal best jump of 1.87 meters, which ranks third in Tech history, according to Tech Athletics.
In the boys mile final, senior EJ Rush took first place with a time of 4:01.25.
The men's 4×100 team placed second in Saturday's final with a time of 39.27 seconds. The boys 4×100 team includes seniors Terrence Jones and Jalen Drayden and juniors Sean Brown and Josh Barr.
According to Tech Athletics, graduate student Devin Roberson took third place in Section A men's discus throw with a personal best throw of 60.98 meters. Graduate student Jacob Meckler placed 15th with a throw of 52.79 meters.
The men's 4×400 team placed fifth in the final event with a time of 3:06.36. The men's 4×400 team includes graduate student Caleb Dean, juniors Carl Hicks and Josh Barr, and sophomore Shemar Uter.

Tech's next track and field meet will be the Joe Meeker Classic hosted by West Texas A&M University in Canyon on April 5th and 6th.
