philips (DeMartha High School, Laurel, Maryland) After a successful high school career at DeMartha High School in Maryland, he appeared in 52 games and started 44 games as a receiver for the Hokies from 2014 to 2017, and played three seasons as the Hokies' running backs coach. Moisenko (South Hagerstown HS, Hagerstown, Maryland) In addition to scouting and game planning, he will also be involved in film research and data analysis. He will serve as passing game coordinator and running backs coach at Lehigh University in 2022, where the Mountain Hawks finished third in the Patriot League with 222 passing yards per game.
Moisenko served as quarterbacks coach and offensive play caller at the University of Connecticut during the 2019 and 2021 seasons. He assisted the offensive coordinator in 2018 as the offensive quality control coach.
From 2013 to 2017, Moisenko was an assistant coach at Towson University, where he coached wide receivers for four seasons and five all-conference receivers. Moisenko started as a quarterback at the University of Maryland and was on the roster for two seasons. He served as a student assistant coach his last two years at the University of Maryland and graduated in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in biology.
