Team McGregor has denied Chael Sonnen's claims that “Notorious” will miss UFC 303 due to rehab.

It was almost a week ago that UFC CEO Dana White announced that the bout between Conor McGregor (22-6 MMA) and Michael Chandler (23-8 MMA) at UFC 303, which was scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 29th, was cancelled due to McGregor's injury.
Sonnen makes some bold claims about “Notorious” in a video he posted to “X.”
“It's so ironic that both camps have such a big interest in alcohol, yet one is in rehab for substance abuse, including alcohol. Not that that has anything to do with this. Did it get hot in here? Oh, it just got hot in here. Oh, some big shot came out and said it. He wasn't supposed to talk about it.”
Sonnen continued:
“Two guys are offering me sobriety, totally unrelated. And the other guy is in rehab for alcohol and other drugs. I'm just saying, this is a hard story to tell. Obviously, this is a bit of a tough story to tell. Get some proper sobriety and see you soon. I'm in a proper facility now and I see you staying sober.”
Well, McGregor's publicist, Karen Kessler, isn't saying anything of the sort about the Irishman.
Kessler told TMZ:
“The match was cancelled due to an injury sustained during training. He looks forward to the new date.”
Kessler again told the New York Post:
“Mr McGregor is with his family. Other reports are false.”
In response to his earlier comments, Sonnen took to his YouTube channel to seemingly backtrack…
“Firstly, I don't know if Conor (McGregor) is in rehab or not and if he is I don't bear any grudges or make fun of him. I'm very proud of Conor and I think for someone in his position going into rehab is something he would want to keep private. I think it took a lot of humbling for him to do it in Ireland.”
Finally, Sonnen said:
“First of all, I don't know if he's in rehab. Second of all, if he is in rehab, that's great. That's a good thing.”
Are you at Camp Sonnen or do you believe Kessler's explanation of what's going on with McGregor?
