Ron Seyko has joined the software defined radio manufacturer as chief financial officer and is responsible for supporting the company's expansion during its current strategic phase.

Stephen Frost rejoined the nonprofit science and technology company on Tuesday as chief data engineer, a role that includes responsibility for developing and leading the overall data strategy and systems.
Frost worked at Noblis from 1997 to 2012, during which time he led the construction of Noblis' Innovation and Collaboration Center and High Performance Computing Data Centers.
The 30-year technology veteran most recently served as chief technology officer at Crunchy Data.

Douglas Kelly Jr. joins the government IT and professional services provider as chief strategy officer, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to the role.
Kelly most recently served as vice president of sales for federal healthcare and commercial markets at NTT Data Corporation, where he led profit and loss management for the company's federal healthcare division.
His background also includes leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, KPMG, the former CSRA and Accenture.
Earth orbit
The small satellite maker has made three changes to its top-level executive leadership team as part of an ongoing strategic review following Lockheed Martin's withdrawal of its takeover bid on May 2.
Peter Kraus, the former CEO of payment technology companies including Arroweye Solutions and Plasticard Locktech International, will join Terran Orbital as chief operating officer, about four months after assuming a senior advisory role at the company.
Adarash Parekh will also join Terran Orbital as chief financial officer, after previously serving as CFO at medical technology company Ario, and Terran Orbital has appointed Matthew Riffel, who served as interim CFO, as chief accounting officer.
Terran Orbital supplies satellite buses to Lockheed, which integrates them into satellites under contract with the Space Agency. Lockheed has also invested in Terran Orbital through its venture capital arm.
