Bob Marion, a retired Army lieutenant general and former chief of acquisition, will join the company as senior vice president and serve as a corporate strategy adviser.
Marion is responsible for providing insight on industry and acquisition issues to her colleagues on CACI’s leadership team as they determine the company’s overall direction.
A 35-year Army veteran, he most recently served as principal military deputy to the undersecretary of the Army for Acquisition, Engineering and Logistics.
As Director of the Army Acquisition Corps, he led a team of approximately 35,000 professionals to develop and improve them.
Core 4ce
The cybersecurity company has launched a new innovation and incubation network led by co-founder Todd Harber, who now serves as its chief technology officer.
Named “The Forge”, the digital hub aims to streamline the data acquisition process and further remove barriers to sharing cyber threat intelligence. Core4ce has also launched “The Forge” to develop new solutions for cyber-related data collection, processing and analysis capabilities.
Harbour will be assisted in The Forge's leadership by Kim Koch, vice president of sales and emerging technologies, and Michael Sass, head of data engineering and digital analytics.
Koch most recently served as senior vice president of public sector affairs for Human Security, while Sass has previously led product development at C3 AI and the Department of Defense's Chief Digital and AI Office.
General Catalyst
Two public sector veterans have taken on full-time roles at the venture capital firm, which invests in early-stage and growth-stage technology companies.
Teresa Carlson, who previously served as an advisor to the company for a year, will lead General Catalyst's efforts across ecosystems and industries. Carlson is the former head of Amazon Web Services' public sector business and previously worked at Splunk and Flexport.
Mariam Mujica joins the company as Global Head of Public Policy with nearly 20 years of experience in government and industry, including policy roles on the White House National Security Council staff and at organizations such as Google, Twitter and Booking Holdings.

M1 Support Services
The aviation support services provider has brought three former DynCorp International executives into its management team after it was acquired by Cerberus Capital in May.
They join George Krivo, M1's chief executive officer and former CEO of DynCorp before it was sold to Amentum in the fall of 2020.
William Kansky has been named M1's chief financial officer and James Casella has been named chief growth officer, roles both held at DynCorp prior to the sale.
Bill Purdy is M1's third key hire and will become senior vice president of operations, quality and continuous improvement. His resume also includes leadership roles in V2X.
