SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Sense Arena, a virtual reality ice hockey training program, has been named the official cognitive partner of the Arizona Coyotes, renewing a relationship between the teams that began in 2021. NHL Sense Arena, an innovative VR platform, provides unlimited access to virtual drills designed to improve your hockey skills at home or at home. Anywhere according to the user's convenience.
NHL Sense Arena offers interactive drills and in-game simulations designed to improve the on-ice abilities of both goaltenders and players.
“We are proud to continue our partnership with the Arizona Coyotes,” said Bob Tetiva, Founder and CEO of Sense Arena. “The Coyotes have been a pioneer in adopting our innovative technology, and we are thrilled that they see continued value in our products for goaltenders and players.”
“Sense Arena provides hockey players with an innovative, low-impact option to help hone their game,” said Devan McConnell, director of high performance for the Arizona Coyotes. “Whether you're rehabbing from an injury, looking to improve your hockey IQ, or just warming up before a game, Sense His Arena offers options for players of all levels.”
Sense Arena's technology is designed to improve situational awareness and response time through immersive in-game simulations, hand-picked from top professional players and coaches and approved by USA Hockey. Users can measure their improvements through summary reports and compare their performance with other users.
Sense Arena launched in 2018 and made a name for itself in the hockey community as USA Hockey's official virtual reality training tool. This virtual reality training platform will relaunch as NHL Sense Arena in the fall of 2023, featuring the logos and uniforms of all 32 of his NHL franchises. The program is compatible with Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, and Meta Quest Pro VR headsets and can be combined with standard hockey equipment. The company's technology is used by more than 30 of his professional hockey teams, including his NHL teams, NCAA Division I hockey programs, and youth hockey organizations around the world, and more than 3.5 million drills have been conducted.
