Two unbeaten giants face off for the WBA Lightweight World Title, as Gervonta “Tank” Davis defends his title and impressive record against Frank Martin.
Davis comes into the bout with a 29-0 record and 27 knockouts. It's hard to find a better record than that. He beat Ryan Garcia in a spectacular seventh-round stoppage in April 2023. Saturday will be Martin's first title fight. Despite his impressive 18-0 record with 12 knockouts, he clearly lacks the power of Davis.
Given Davis' longevity, unprecedented power and track record in title bouts, most people aren't giving Martin much of a chance. But that's why the fight is happening. Here's everything you need to know about Saturday's bout.

Davis vs. Martin Predictions:
Pavan Sharma, MSN: Davis wins
“Given Davis' impressive track record, championship pedigree and recent impressive wins over highly-touted opponents, I predict that he will be the favorite to win this matchup of unbeaten fighters, his wealth of experience and his drive to maintain his unbeaten record,” Sharma wrote.
Timothy Bradley: Martin is too inexperienced to win.
“I'm worried about Frank too,” Bradley said. [Gervonta Davis] “It's comfortable, and he doesn't mind catching up,” Bradley continued. “See, that's the problem. You don't realize it.” [Davis] The reason he’s an apex predator is because he sets traps.”
Errol Spence Jr.: Davis wins
“Tanks will fight, he's a great fighter, but I think Frank will win for sure,” Spence said in an interview with Fight Hub TV.
