Rob Gronkowski appears to be staying healthy during his time away from the NFL.
In a new Instagram post, Gronk made a surprise appearance at a mixed martial arts fight in Poland.
Gronk showed up to watch a bout at KSW MMA, Poland's top mixed martial arts tournament.
The former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback is Polish, so it makes sense he would visit the country of his roots.
Gronk has also maintained a muscular physique and appears to be in good shape even after retiring from football.
Fans were thrilled to see Gronk out and shared their love for him in the comments section.
“BIG ROBERTO!!!!!! LESSSSSSGO!!!” one fan said.
“Gronk is a goof,” another fan said.
“Welcome to Poland,” said a third fan.
“Love you with all my heart,” said a fourth fan.

Another fan suggested in the comments section that Gronkowski may have also been visiting troops during his visit to Poland.
“Thank you for stopping by our military base in Poland. It meant a lot to the soldiers,” Fan said.
Gronk has met with Polish troops in the past and has spent time interacting virtually with soldiers throughout his NFL career.
“I want to thank you all for all you do every day,” Gronkowski said during the 2021 meeting.
“People often call me a hero, but I am not a hero. The real heroes are you.”
“You protect us and give us the freedoms that America deserves, allowing us to do what we love back home.”
Gronk is set to return to television this fall with a stint on Fox NFL Sunday.
When the legendary quarterback begins work in the Fox booth this year, he'll be reunited with his best friend, Tom Brady.
Brady signed a 10-year, $375 million contract to be a commentator for Fox's top broadcast team.
One of Gronk's teammates, Julian Edelman, also works for Fox during the NFL season.
