foxboro, massachusetts (May 6, 2024) – New England Revolution hires longtime soccer executive David Kammerman The club is new Director of Player Recruitment. Working alongside Sporting Director Curt Onalfo, Assistant Sporting Director Chris Tierney and Technical Director Remi Roy in the front office, Kammerman has held leadership positions at multiple clubs as Head Scout and Director of Soccer Operations. With over 25 years of professional soccer experience, he is contributing to the development of the soccer world. The success of eight MLS Cup winners and five Supporters' Shield winners.
Kammerman has served as Los Angeles FC's head scout for the past five years and was a key member of the team's scouting group from 2019 to 2023, helping to develop a perennial title contender. With LAFC, Kammerman won one MLS Cup (2022), two MLS Supporters' Shields (2019 and 2022), and appeared in the Concacaf Champions Cup Final twice (2022 and 2023). Contributed to the creation of the list. Prior to his time with LAFC, Kammerman served as a scout for Atlanta United from 2017 to 2019, helping the team win their first MLS Cup in 2018.

Kammerman was the Los Angeles Galaxy's longtime director of soccer operations for eight seasons from 2009 to 2016, and overlapped with Onalfo, who won three MLS Cups in 2011, 2012 and 2014. Galaxy also won the Supporters' Shield title in 2014. 2010 and 2011. In Los Angeles, Kammerman had a number of responsibilities, including player development, scouting, talent evaluation, agent and MLS communication, and collective bargaining agreement compliance.

Mr. Kammerman is a native of Laurel, Maryland, and graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in political science.
