According to CBSSports.com, there were 43 bids in the ring. Goldin Auctions has not disclosed the name of the auction winner.
The latest sale was the third time the ring has changed hands since Joe, 69, and his wife Pam sold a replica ring to Goldin in 2013 for $173,000. times.

In the end, the parties reached a settlement, and Bryant's parents released a statement saying, “We regret our actions and statements regarding Kobe Bryant auction memorabilia.” The ring remained sold to Goldin, along with two of Kobe's jerseys from Lower Merion High School.
Kobe's relationship with his parents was particularly rocky, with communication between them breaking down in 2001 and his parents not attending his wedding to Vanessa Bryant in April of that year.
In a statement to times, the Bryants said they were not involved in the recent ring auction. PEOPLE previously confirmed that his parents will also not profit from the auction.

“We would like to make it clear that we have no involvement in the sale of our son's 2000 championship ring,” they said in a statement. “The mere existence of the auction has reopened deep, painful wounds.”
The statement continued, “We are seeking peace and the opportunity to grieve with dignity. We ask that you please understand and respect our family's privacy at this time. Thank you, and God. God bless you.”
The 14K gold ring features 40 diamonds and is engraved with the Lakers logo and the words “WORLD CHAMPIONS.”
After posting a 67-15 regular season record, the Lakers won the 2000 NBA title in six straight games against the Indiana Pacers. Bryant averaged 22.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 4.9 assists that season.
