Ramon Arellano (Arellano Boxing Promotions) produced a night of boxing in Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday night. The event took place at Arellano's popular San Jose Fiesta Mexican Restaurant. In the six-round cruiserweight main event, unbeaten Honduran Carlos “Pupita” Fidel Guiti Miranda (7-0, 3 KOs) returned to action to defeat veteran Armando Reeves (4-18-3, 1 KO) by unanimous decision. Guiti's last fight was nearly eight years ago in Venezuela, in a scheduled 12-round bout where he won the regional WBC title with a ninth-round TKO over a local boxer. Now 26 years old, Guiti was a promising fighter before this hiatus, but is looking to get back on track and make a clean drop down to the right weight class. The 6-foot-tall Guiti currently resides in the United States and is scheduled to compete under Arellano Promotions for the remainder of 2024. Guiti received a decision boxing victory as the unanimous judges scored the fight 60-54 for Guiti's shutout victory.
