The Penn State men's hockey season is officially over. Although the team did not make it to the NCAA Tournament, there are many good moments when looking back on this season.
As always, our photographer was at Pegula Ice Arena for this season's home games to capture all the action. Let's take a look back at some of our favorite photos from the Nittany Lions season.
As always, the Nittany Lion faithful “stuffed the pegs” to show their support for their favorite team.
Penn State has had some tough faceoffs this season.
On the offensive side, Guy Gadowski's group scored 113 goals over the season, falling just short of their opponents' conversion goals of 130.
Every time a goal of 113 was scored, there was an energetic and enthusiastic celebration.
The Nittany Lions continued to play lockdown defense on either side of the ice.
And as always, Penn State played physical, committing seven major penalties and 128 minor penalties, averaging 3.9 penalties per game.
The Nittany Lion, a symbol of the best of us, was always at Pegula to show support.
Even though we didn't make it to the NCAA Tournament, we still had a lot of wins to look back on.
