The 2024 PFL playoffs are all set.
On Tuesday, the PFL announced dates, locations and match information for its 2024 playoff schedule, with PFL7, 8 and 9 all scheduled to take place in three different locations across the United States this August.
The first playoff event, PFL 7, will take place on August 2 at Nashville Civic Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, and will feature bouts in the heavyweight and women's flyweight divisions. The main event will feature Denis Goltzov (34-8) facing Tim Johnson (18-9), while Dakota Dycheva (12-0) will face Jenna Bishop (7-1) in the co-main event. Also on the main card will be Oleg Popov (18-1) facing Lynton Vassell (25-9) and Liz Carmouche (22-7) facing Tayra Santos (21-3).
PFL 8 will take place two weeks later on August 17 at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida, with playoffs for the light heavyweight and lightweight divisions. The main event will be a rematch of the 2023 light heavyweight tournament, with current champion Impa Kasanganay (17-4) facing Josh Silveira (13-3). The co-main event will see Rob Wilkinson (19-2) take on Dovretzhan Yagsimuradov (23-7-1) in the semi-main event, while Ghazi Labadanov (22-4-1) faces Michael Dufort (13-5) and former Bellator lightweight champion Brent Primus (14-3) faces Clay Collard (25-13) to round out the main card.
The playoffs will culminate at PFL9 on August 23 at The Anthem in Washington, D.C., with bouts at welterweight and featherweight. 2022 featherweight champion Brendan Loughnane (29-5) will face Kai Kamaka (14-5-1) in the main event, while Magomed Umalatov (16-0) will face Don Mudge (11-5-1) in the co-main. Also on the main card are Gabriel Bulaga (14-1) against Timur Khizriyev (16-0) and Shamil Musaev (18-0-1) facing Murad Ramazanov (12-1).
All of these fights will lead up to the 2024 PFL Championship later this year.
