Look out, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighters, because here comes “The Canadian Badass”…
Michael Dufort Tomorrow night (Friday, June 21, 2024) at the Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, the former Bellator MMA mainstay Adam PiccolottiHe will be looking to retain his No. 1 seed status in the promotion’s latest lightweight tournament.
Dufort is riding a career-best winning streak of five straight bouts, with four wins, the last three coming against fighters in the UFC, a solid showing for the 30-year-old Canadian.
“I love beating ex-UFC fighters,” Dufort said at PFL 5 2024 media day. “Everybody says UFC is probably the biggest organization in the world and I'm beating their guys so it's fun. They were good at UFC but I beat them all.”

While the UFC fighters that Dufort has defeated didn't enjoy notable success in the UFC, the fact that their names remain on his resume is still a major achievement for him.
Dufort currently sits atop the PFL lightweight rankings and is two wins away from winning the coveted $1 million first place prize.
