Welterweight – 170 pounds
Andrei Koreshkov and Magomed Umalatov will clash in the night's featured main event. Former Bellator welterweight champion Koreshkov will make his promotional debut looking for his sixth straight win since returning to MMA competition in February 2021. Undefeated Umalatov will be looking for revenge in the PFL after being excluded from the 2022 and 2023 playoffs due to visa issues and personal issues, respectively.

Two more newcomers are scheduled to compete in the third round of the Logan Storey vs. Shamil Musaev main card. Story, a former NCAA Division I wrestler and 170-pound Bellator title challenger, will be looking for his second consecutive title after stopping Brennan Ward in August. Musaev, another undefeated Russian fighter, scored his biggest victory to date with an 84-second KO over Alexei Kunchenko in July. This will be the first rematch since October 2021.
The fight between the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specialists will be rematched in the second bout on ESPN. Goiti Yamauchi spent much of last year recovering from surgery after suffering a serious knee injury from Michael Page last March. Neiman Gracie, a multiple-time World Champion and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu medalist at the Pan American Games, lost two bouts by unanimous decision over Dante Ciro just over 14 months ago. Yamauchi and Gracie faced off at Bellator 284 in August 2022, with Yamauchi winning by knockout in the second round.
The preliminary card will feature two welterweight finals. Laureano Staropoli, the 2023 Ares FC Champion, will face Murad Ramazanov, a 28-year-old undefeated talent. Finally, former two-time EFC lightweight champion Don Mudge, who was originally expected to face Kyle Crutchmer, will face former Bellator middleweight championship contender and late replacement Brennan Ward. He made his long-awaited return to the cage.
Featherweight – 145 pounds
The co-main spot will be contested over three rounds between Brendan Loughnane and Pedro Carvalho. Loughnane, a 2021 semifinalist and 2022 tournament champion, fell short in the regular season last season, missing out on the playoffs with an impressive first-round knockout of Jesus Pinedo. Carvalho, a former Bellator featherweight title contender, is looking to avoid a three-fight losing streak after a tough 2023.
A fight worthy of tomorrow night's main event! Brendan Loughnane vs. Pedro Carvalho begins!

Gabriel Alves Braga made headlines with his impressive run to the 2023 $1 million final, but ultimately lost in a rematch to the aforementioned Jesus Pinedo. Due to the cancellation of the PFL vs. Bellator fight against Patricio Pitbull, Alves Braga has been moved to face former LFA featherweight champion Justin Gonzalez in the 2024 regular season. Justin Gonzalez will be looking to end a two-fight slide following last year's unanimous decision loss.
The main card opener will see former NCAA Division I national champion and former PFL Championship finalist Bubba Jenkins battle Hawaiian debutant Kai Kamaka III.
The two 145-pound fights will make up the final two spots in the ESPN+ qualifiers. Kill Cliff FC's other former Bellator title challenger Adam Borix will face The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 2 lightweight champion Enrique Barzola, while undefeated Russian Timur Khizriyev will face former Titan FC and Cage champion – He will face Warriors bantamweight champion Brett Johns.
