The City of Pasadena Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services will host the prestigious 2024 Southern California Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament from Friday through Sunday.
The tournament event brings together the best amateur boxers in the Southern California area.
The event will be held from March 15th to March 17th at the Victory Park Recreation Center, 2575 Paloma St., Pasadena, CA 91107.
The contest begins Friday, March 15th at 6pm and is scheduled to continue at noon on both Saturday, March 16th and Sunday, March 17th.

Legendary boxers such as Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, and Oscar De La Hoya began their careers competing in Golden Globe contests across the United States.
The tournament is now held annually in different cities in the United States and features fighters between the ages of 17 and 34 in various weight classes. Regional champions advance to the national tournament and compete for the title of Golden Gloves Champion.
