Professor TJ Slitt is a lifelong martial artist who has been competing for over 33 years and coaching for over 23 years. He began judo at the age of 11 and eventually earned a 4th degree black belt in this respected Japanese martial art. Professor TJ added Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to his arsenal after seeing how it complemented Judo and its effectiveness in his UFC and his MMA scenes. In addition to being an athlete and professor, Professor TJ is also an international Jiu-Jitsu referee, and was the first Filipino to judge at the International Jiu-Jitsu Federation World Championships. He is also a Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach.
