Undefeated spring football season boosts morale for Cowgirls fans
The Cowgirls ended their spring season with a 3-1 victory over Southern Methodist University in April.
The win capped a 5-0 record in the spring and was a “silver lining” after last fall's regular season ended with an early loss in the Big 12 Conference Tournament.

OSU lost 1-0 to Oklahoma in the opening game of the Big 12 football championship last fall at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex.
