The NFL Women's Forum helps the NFL identify women currently working in college football and join the next generation of leaders.
The 8th Annual NFL Women's Forum will be held in February 2024 as part of the league's continued commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
The invitation-only forum will educate and connect female candidates currently working in college football roles. Participants will interact with NFL and college football program owners, general managers, head coaches, and club executives.

The forum includes two days of panel discussions, presentations, and breakout sessions for attendees to expand their network and learn industry insights. Attendees will have exclusive access to coaching, strength and conditioning, player personnel, team management, soccer operations, research and strategy, video and equipment.
