1. Mahomet Seymour

Record: 7-3-3
The Bulldogs defeated Danville 6-0 in their lone game last week and will host Apollo Conference foe Mattoon on Tuesday. Coach Jeremy Davis' team earned the No. 1 seed in the Class 2A postseason and will face either Meridian or Warrensburg-Latham/Maroa-Forsyth in the district semifinals on May 14 at 4:30 p.m. in Mahomet. 2. Champaign Central

Record: 8-5-1
The Maroons defeated St. Thomas More 9-0 on Saturday, ending a three-game winless streak, before playing Big 12 road games against Danville on Tuesday and Normal West on Friday. Coach Steve Whiteley's team is the No. 2 seed in the Class 2A playoffs and will play No. 8 seed Danville in the Class 2A Urbana regional semifinals on May 14 at 5 p.m.
3. Monticello

Record: 19 wins, 2 losses
In a busy week, the Sages set a new record for wins in the program with five wins in six days. Coach David McDaniel's team has a chance to pick up its 20th win in Monday's home game against Uni High. Monticello is the No. 3 seed in the Class 1A playoffs and will play No. 5 St. Thomas More at 10 a.m. in the regional semifinals on May 11 at Monticello.
4. 100th anniversary

Record: 8 wins, 7 losses
Centennial's only game last week was a 2-0 home loss to Peoria Richwoods in the Big 12, with the Chargers back in action Tuesday at 6 p.m. in Normal Community. Coach Tayer Al Saqri's team earned the No. 3 seed in the Class 2A postseason and will face No. 6 Urbana in the regional semifinals at the Tigers' home McKinley Field on May 14 at 7 p.m. .
5. Urbana
Previous ranking: 5th place
Record: 7 wins, 9 losses
The Tigers will play in Peoria on Tuesday and will travel to Peoria again on Friday to take on Peoria Notre Dame, looking to extend their winning streak to three games. Urbana will host the Class 2A regional tournament next month, with coach Miki Kowalski's team earning the No. 6 seed. The Tigers will play No. 3 Centennial in the district semifinals in Urbana on May 14 at 7 p.m.
