A tender is a type of contract that a player signs to express his intent to play for that particular NAHL team, and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with his NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within his NAHL and cannot be scouted by any other of his NAHL teams. Each team will be granted 10 bids on him, including his 2 bids (plus or minus trades) that will be used only for players in his NA3HL, and will be available on Nov. 1. It became effective on the day.
