World Class Tae Kwon Do currently has two locations in Inverness and Hoover.
The new location at Riverchase Promenade will occupy a 3,443-square-foot space adjacent to Benchmark Physical Therapy and next to Ollie's Bargain Outlet.
World Class Tae Kwon Do's website says the organization is committed to changing people's lives through martial arts, takes pride in creating an environment where individuals can achieve their personal goals, and believes martial arts can be enjoyed by everyone.
The property owners were represented by Lyndsy Yim and Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners.
