Broadway Martial Arts presents Wednesday's Warriors.
Wednesday Warriors is a brand new martial arts class designed specifically for people with special needs. Instructor Benny Broadway says: “Broadway Martial Arts is excited to announce the launch of our new special needs classes. If you or someone you know has ever expressed an interest in martial arts, now is the perfect time to get involved. We pride ourselves on our supportive and inclusive community and welcome everyone to join us in this exciting new chapter.” Several parents have already taken to social media to express their excitement that their children will finally be able to take part in martial arts classes.
Broadway Martial Arts wanted everyone who expressed an interest in martial arts to experience their classes, regardless of ability, so they decided to create an inclusive and adaptive environment tailored to the needs of participants. The team at Broadway say Wednesday Warriors has many benefits. There are exercises that improve strength, coordination and overall health, and activities that boost focus, self-control and self-confidence. One thing many parents look forward to is the opportunity to build friendships and improve communication skills.

Wednesday Warrior takes place every Wednesday from 5:30pm to 6pm at Broadway Martial Arts. The class is designed for individuals of all ages with special needs. Instructor Benny Broadway has a background in adaptive martial arts training.
