The Philadelphia 76ers came away with a tough 133-126 double-overtime victory on the road against the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday night. The Sixers have now won five straight games and finished their road trip with a 3-0 record. They were also able to overcome the absences of Joel Embiid, Tobias Harris, Kyle Lowry and others to win.
We'll be updating the Eastern Conference standings and the Sixers' standings regularly until the end of the regular season on April 14th, and finding out who they might face in the Eastern Conference playoffs.
