IO Interactive has announced that the latest Elusive Target you'll track down and ultimately kill in Hitman is none other than MMA fighter Conor McGregor. Known in-game as The Disruptor, you can hunt him down as an Elusive Target from today until July 29, 2024. The mission is free to play as part of the Hitman: World of Assassination collection, or you can download the starter pack for free and experience it through its launcher. The trailer above gives you a sneak peek of what to expect.
The premise is that Quantum Leap CEO Tim Quinn has invited McGregor to compete in an MMA match on Sgale Island. However, with the company's interests at heart, officials have tasked Agent 47 with eliminating Conor McGregor before he steps into the ring. The mission features McGregor's likeness and voice actor, both of which are highlighted in the footage released by IO Interactive.

In addition to the free Elusive Target, another DLC pack is available for £3.99 / $4.99, containing new contracts, items and cosmetics such as a fur coat for McGregor. There are also four new challenges to complete as part of The Season of the Disruptor, and returning events such as The Dartmoor Garden Show. Check the IO Interactive website for more details.
