Paul announced Tuesday that he will face Mike Perry on July 20, the same day he was scheduled to fight Tyson.
The Tyson vs. Paul fight was postponed to November 15th due to Tyson's ulcer recurrence.
The Paul vs. Perry bout is scheduled to take place at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, and will be available on pay-per-view on DAZN.
The Paul vs. Tyson bout is scheduled to take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the Dallas Cowboys.

Perry, 32, signed with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship after his contract with UFC expired in 2021.
He is 5-0 and the top-ranked fighter in the middleweight division.
His only professional boxing fight was in 2015 when he was knocked out by Kenneth McNeil.

The Perry vs. Paul fight will be an eight-round boxing bout with both fighters using 10-ounce gloves.

Paul is confident going into his match against Perry.
“I intend to secure the victory and give everyone a glimpse of the intensity I will bring to the ring to take on Mike Tyson,” Paul said in a statement to ESPN. “Tune in on DAZN PPV as I make my triumphant return to Tampa and send 'Platinum' Perry the Platypus back to Bare Knuckle for good.”
