People are like, “Wow,” but as a Florida Panthers fan, I love this.
Only a handful of players are inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, but for an NHL player, it's the highest honor after winning the Stanley Cup. The next best thing is having a piece of your outfit inducted. (RELATED: Islanders bring back controversial Fisherman logo, but it will go to Bridgeport's AHL team)
And that's exactly what's happening to Florida Panthers superstar Matthew Tkachuk, and the 26-year-old might be a little queasy when he sees one of the mouthguards he used in his Stanley Cup campaign now in a glass case in hockey's most prestigious venue.
To commemorate their Stanley Cup victory in a close seven-game series against the Edmonton Oilers, the Cats sent several items to Toronto for display, and it was Tkachuk's mouth guard that drew attention.

This is nothing but an amazing honor for me and I am just counting down the days until I get my championship ring.
By the way, speaking of Hall of Famers, did you see NFL legend Devin Hester getting his first glimpse of his Gold Jacket?
I still haven't recovered from the presentation:
