- Brooklyn Ulrich He ranks fourth in the Sun Belt Conference with a .404 average. She especially hit her stride in conference play, hitting .475 with 29 hits, eight home runs, and eight doubles.

- Freshman Michelle Chatfield ranks fourth in NCAA DI with 19 home runs. She is one of her six eligible Hokie players with an average score of .300 or higher.
- The Hokies have a reliable trio of pitchers. Lindsey Grein and Emma Lemley each struck out more than 110 batters and each had 10 wins.
