Although their fight never materialized, Mehta continued his efforts in MMA by training.

Mehta's administration told investors in a financial report that Mark Zuckerbeger's passion for martial arts may not be in the best interest of the organization. In his annual report to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mehta added that Zuckerberg should step back from martial arts for a while.
