Manny Pacquiao will receive a £3.9 million prize for his boxing return if his opponent breaks the rules.
The Filipino icon will be making his return to the ring in Tokyo over the weekend with Japanese mixed martial arts organisation RIZIN.
The 45-year-old Pacquiao will face 28-year-old former K-1 kickboxing champion Rukiya Ambo in a bout entirely under boxing rules.
Floyd Mayweather, 47, has also fought two exhibition matches against fellow fighters in RIZIN, winning both by knockout.
He defeated kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, 25, in 2018 and his contract included fines for using illegal strikes.
Pacquiao and Ampo's contracts also contain the same clause, which means they could be fined $5m (£3.9m) if they kick.
RIZIN president Nobuyuki Sakakibara confirmed the rules in a quote translated by Beyond Kickboxing.
“Any violation will be subject to a fine of $5 million,” Sakakibara said.
“The Tenshin vs Mayweather fight in 2018 was about 500 million yen (£2.5 million).”
“However, due to the weak yen, it is now at around 750 million yen.”

Pacquiao retired following a loss to Yordenis Ugas in 2021 but has been doing exhibition boxing since then in an attempt to make a comeback.
He is rumored to be in line to face UFC superstar Conor McGregor, 36, and undefeated British boxer Conor Benn, 27.
However, the WBC recently confirmed that they would sanction Pacman to come out of retirement to fight 29-year-old world champion Mario Barrios.
Talks are underway for Pacquiao to use the exhibition in the Far East as preparation for a controversial but possible welterweight title fight.
