MMA fans continue to be disappointed with UFC 300.
Dana White promised to deliver a card for the ages before the low-profile light heavyweight title bout between Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill was set to headline April 13 in Las Vegas.
UFC fans were even more upset to learn that middleweight prospect Bo Niccal will be fighting in the pay-per-view portion of the event ahead of six former champions.
Now, fans are furious about the official poster for UFC 300.
On Wednesday, MMA's premier promotion released a photo of the poster for one of its biggest events in history, and it didn't take long for people to start mocking it.
The official UFC Europe Ta. We're counting down to April 13th!!”
UFC fans flooded the replies section to express their shock, disappointment, and surprise at the utter lack of effort put into the design.
One person commented, “They didn't even try.”
Another asked: “Is this a joke?”
A third person fumed: “Really, this is the best they can do for this huge landmark card.”
Another said: “Literally awful.”
UFC posters almost always include the star of the show, and at big events in the past, White's organization has put together some truly iconic promotional photos.
Oddly enough, the divisive UFC 300 poster has been released just days after a carefully crafted video promoting the event was shared online and widely praised.
Regardless of the complaints among fans, fans will be tuning in to watch UFC 300, which is a really heavy card, and White has plenty of must-see matches lined up.
