Two big fights have been announced in the worlds of mixed martial arts and boxing, one in particular that spans both sports, but the future of another big fight remains uncertain: Jake Paul and Mike Perry are scheduled to fight in a boxing match on July 20, and Drix du Plessis will defend his UFC middleweight title against former champion Israel Adesanya in the main event of UFC 305 in August.
In an all-new episode of “Between the Links,” the panel reacts to the Paul vs. Perry fight being scheduled before Paul and Mike Tyson face off in November, discusses whether it's a big risk for Paul and what Perry would gain if he wins. They also discuss du Plessis vs. Adesanya, Adesanya announcing his own fight, Sean Strickland's involvement in the title fight, Saturday's UFC Saudi Arabia card headlined by Robert Whittaker vs. Ikram Aliskerov, Bellator Dublin going head-to-head with UFC this weekend, the future of Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler after their UFC 303 fight was canceled and much more.
Host Mike Heck will host the match between MMA Fighting's Jed Meshew and Morning Combat's Brian Campbell.
The show will air live at 12:30pm ET/9:30am PST and can be viewed in the video above.
