Two-time PFL champion Kayla Harrison was accused of using performance-enhancing drugs this week by former UFC bantamweight champion Julianna Peña.

Monday MMA HourPeña accused Harrison of having a troubled past of using banned substances to gain an advantage in the cage.
“Amazing, strong [on the scale at UFC 300]“Stay away from the needle,” Peña said of Harrison. “Maybe not now, but in the past, definitely, definitely … During International Fight Week, we were all in a room together for a social media scrum. [for fighters]Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, these guys taught us everything we needed to learn… We took a lunch break and then anti-doping. [scrum]Everyone was there…everyone except Kayla was there for the second time. [Harrison]She was the only one who did not undergo anti-doping testing…
“How convenient that she wasn’t… I’ve already got this mindset that everyone’s cheating, everyone’s cheating, especially [American Top Team]100%. Dan Lambert flew me up there and I went to train for a week after the win. Ultimate Fighterthey literally said that all the girls were injecting steroids in each other’s asses behind my back… so I always thought [American Top Team]and no one is going to change my mind.”
At the time of writing, there is no direct evidence that Harrison has doped, and she has stayed clean throughout her judo and mixed martial arts career.
