The Georgia Bulldogs have added a five-star prospect to their freshman class of 2025. Here are the details.
As the offseason progressed, the Georgia Bulldogs made constant moves to gain momentum in their recruiting class of 2025. That momentum has finally paid off, as they landed a highly talented prospect.
Five-star EDGE defender Isaiah Gibson has committed to the University of Georgia. Gibson originally committed to the Trojans back in March of this year but has now chosen to join the Bulldogs' 2025 enrollment class.
With Gibson's addition, the Bulldogs' 2025 class looks set to add another impressive player to Kirby Smart's resume. Georgia currently has 15 players committed in total, and the class is ranked in the top three in the country.
Gibson recently canceled a visit to Oklahoma to head to Athens, but is now part of Georgia's freshman class of 2025. Dawgs Daily caught up with Gibson back in May, when he was still enrolled at USC, and he had this to say about the Bulldogs:
Gibson talks about his relationship with University of Georgia OLB coach Chidera Uzo Dilib: “I've mainly spoken with coach Ouzo Diribu. So we always have good conversations. I mean, we're like brothers. I talk about him every other day. We have a good relationship. So, yeah, I've mainly spoken to him outside of coach Schumann.”
